All electronic downloads are considered non-refundable products because of the nature of digital commodities being easily copied.

Refund Policy

Distrosonic Arts takes pride in the highest quality and delivery of PHYSICAL PRODUCTS. A refund will be allowed if any product is considered as specified under the following conditions:

1. No more than 14 days after purchase

2. Product is physically defective at arrival because improper shipping & handling

3. Customer mistakenly purchased wrong item

4. Not digital downloadable content
