  • What are the shipping options?
    At this point in time Distrosonic Arts only offers Fedex at the expense of the customer or USPS priority mail 3-5 buisness for free.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    Distrosonic Arts takes great care in delivery of our products but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
    The most easy and efficient way to contact us is through the contact page. If you do not receive a response in a sufficient amount of time you can also email (Distortaarts@gmail.com), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
