This composition is inspired by one of the five Platonic solids, the Octahedron. This eight sided volumetric creature is associated with air, cultivating acceptance, and compassion. The Platonic solids are considered scared geometry because they have been used and worshiped by many forgotten civilizations. Most ancient engineers have harnessed their geometric properties for megalithic building. This composition is almost a other worldly reverance of this history.
